Medical City Fort Worth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Renal Progressive Care Unit on a full-time day shift (7am-7pm) with rotating weekends. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with providers and the care team to ensure outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, timely documentation, patient education, and responding to requests. Texas or compact license and a BSN/ADN with 1 year RN experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or compact license
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year RN experience required

Responsabilités

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes in status.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide exceptional care by responding to patient requests and proactively addressing needs.
• Educate patients and families about the condition, plan of care, medications, and follow-up measures, ensuring understanding.
