Longview Rehabilitation Hospital in Longview, TX seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for rehab services. This full-time days position emphasizes patient assessments, interdisciplinary care planning, and precise clinical documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a state RN license and a Bachelor's in Nursing, with BLS due within 30 days and ACLS/PALS within six months. Rehab and acute care experience is preferred, and ASLS may be advantageous.

Formación

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• One year of rehab and acute care experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide age-appropriate care and document medical necessity.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Conduct timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; maintain precise clinical documentation.
