ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift in Florida. The RN will ensure the nursing care plan is followed, supervise licensed practical nurses and aides, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.

This 13-week contract includes onboarding support, clinical assistance, and opportunities for professional growth as part of ARMStaffing's care team.

The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees, while embracing the Select Medical Way and core values. This includes prioritizing patient and employee safety as a key organizational result.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS Certification required prior to first shift.
• ACLS certification required for specific units prior to first shift.
• Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience required.

Schedule

This position is for a Night Shift with a schedule of 3x12.0 hours.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
