Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to maintain quality care by following the nursing care plan. The role includes supervising LPNs, CNAs, and orientees, while upholding a culture of safety for patients and staff.

You will perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, develop individualized care plans, document care accurately, support discharge planning, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Two years of bedside clinical experience required.
• BLS certification required before first shift.
