Job summary

Conway Regional Health System in Conway, AR, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process and uphold the Nurse Practice Act within our Rehabilitation Hospital. The RN will work closely with the care team, report to the Charge Nurse and Director of Nursing, and demonstrate strong teamwork and clinical judgment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, active Arkansas license.
• Proof of high school or equivalent or higher education.

Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will assume responsibility and accountability for assigned patients. The RN will utilize the nursing process in the provision of care and will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures and standards of Conway Regional Rehabilitation Hospital. The RN will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through effective collaboration efforts. Reports to Charge Nurse and/or Director of Nursing.

SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:

This position is a designated as "Safety Sensitive Position" under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services.

Qualifications
