Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN for Rehab to support rehabilitation physicians and patients in a 26-week role. Responsibilities include coordinating care for pain management outpatient cases, ensuring all preoperative evaluations and clearances are completed, and liaising between the patient, proceduralist, anesthesia team, and care staff.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BLS, and EPIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Support rehabilitation physicians and patients; coordinate care.
• Coordinate care for outpatient pain management; complete preoperative evaluations, clearances, testing, and other requirements.
• Assist in preventing day-of-procedure changes or cancellations.
• Ensure patients understand preoperative and postoperative instructions; liaise between patient, proceduralist, anesthesia, and care team.
• Address issues that could impact patient safety for scheduled procedures.

Description:Support rehabilitation physicians and patients.Help coordinate care and clinically manage patients and caregivers.Coordinate care for pain management outpatient cases, ensuring all required preoperative evaluations, clearances, testing, and other requirements are completed prior to the procedure.Assist in preventing day-of-procedure changes or cancellations.Ensure patients understand all preoperative and postoperative instructions.Serve as a liaison between the patient, proceduralist, anesthesia team, and other members of the care team.Address issues that could impact the patient's ability to safely proceed with their scheduled procedure.This position involves working Monday through Friday, with no weekends, call, or holidays.
