Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Program Coordinator (RN) to support the Manager of Regulatory Affairs in readiness activities, mock surveys, tracers, and audits. You will collaborate with leaders, physicians, and staff to improve accreditation compliance.

The role requires an RN with acute care experience and proficiency in data abstraction, with education on regulatory requirements and the ability to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing preferred.
• RN license required on hire (RN-Compact or RN - Reg Nurse Single State).
• CPHQ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission, and state health department requirements.
• Interprets regulations and licensure standards for hospital, lab, and ambulatory care settings.
• Delivers education on licensure, accreditation, and regulatory trends.
