RN: Registered Staff Nurse for Skilled Nursing

Position: Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing (Flex/PRN)

Pay Rate: $43/hr, plus shift differentials of $2 for evenings, $1.50 for nights, and $1 for weekends.

Location: Garden Spot Village, New Holland, PA

Job Responsibilities

• Administer medication, provide treatments, and perform general nursing duties.
• Supervise and support C.N.A.s.
• Assess resident care needs and implement appropriate actions.
• Assist with other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in PA.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and work weekends as scheduled.
• Initiative, judgment, dependability, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with others, delegate wisely, and teach necessary skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact appropriately with residents, families, physicians, and visitors.
