Sanctuary Hospice is GROWING and excited to be expanding our services to Columbus, OH! We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) who is ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the patients and families we serve in and around the Counties of Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Knox, Licking, Logan, Madison, Morrow, and Pickaway!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional on-call evenings and weekends.

We are seeking a high-energy, compassionate, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to be a Hospice Case Manager for our patients. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing hospice care using the nursing process and working effectively with patients, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary team members while maintaining professional standards. Salary range: $72,000 - $83,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
