Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Central Maui, providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients so they can remain safely at home.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii nursing license in good standing.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Central Maui. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Hawaii
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

• Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule

Pay: Weekly

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $70-$75 per point
