Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Hawaii. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, supporting independence with compassionate, reliable service.

Ideal candidates hold an active Hawaii RN license and have at least one year of recent adult/geriatric care experience. We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing clinical support, and opportunities for PSLF qualification and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN/BSN or equivalent).
• Hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, emergency, home health, hospice, ICU, med-surg, sub-acute or rehab within the past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, patient and caregiver teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Hawaii
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $70-$75 per point.
