Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Hawaii is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, in-home care. You’ll apply strong head-to-toe assessment skills, manage urgent clinical situations, and coordinate care with families in the patient’s home.

This role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, weekly pay, paid training from day one, and benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a retention bonus. PSLF eligibility may apply for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN license in good standing.
• At least one year of recent adult/geriatric clinical experience.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or acute/sub-acute care settings preferred.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Hawaii
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Additional Information:

• Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $70-$75 per point.
