Complete Care at Brick is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.

• Strong leader with 3+ years of experience in subacute/long term care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the unit assigned.
• Review complaints and grievances filed by staff and report to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Maintain adequate stock of medications, supplies, and equipment on the unit.
• Manage staff, assign tasks, conduct nursing rounds, and educate staff, residents, and families.

Registered Nurse Unit Manager

Job Summary:

Complete Care at Brick, a compassionate and collaborative organization, is seeking a dedicated and experienced (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our clinical team. As a key leader on our unit, you will oversee daily operations, support and mentor nursing staff, and ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the unit assigned

• Review complaints and grievances made or filed by staff and make appropriate reports to the Director of Nursing as needed

• Ensure an adequate stock of medications, medical supplies, and equipment is maintained on the unit at all times

• Manage staff, make nursing/aide assignments, conduct nursing rounds throughout the shift, and provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed

• Assist in the development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident

• Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines

• Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure a smooth recovery process for residents

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

Requirements:
