Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse, RN

• Under the Director of Nursing, develop and implement individualized care plans ensuring residents' needs are met.
• Assist in training and supervising nursing staff, oversee daily unit operations, and provide leadership as needed.
• Conduct resident assessments and coordinate care, adhering to regulations.
• Formulate care plans using the nursing process, assess residents daily, and adjust care as needed.
• Assist physicians during rounds and communicate pertinent information.
• Train and supervise nursing staff, manage conflicts, handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, and assign duties daily.
