BAYADA Home Health Care in Burlington County, NJ is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Float/Transition Team, delivering high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience with NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent care is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County.
• Ability to teach and educate the BAYADA care team.
• Commitment to an ongoing schedule (1 shift per week acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, complex home nursing care to adult and pediatric clients.
• Assist clients and families with transitions to home-based care.
• Collaborate with care team to promote safe, effective home care.
• Support ongoing training and education for BAYADA staff.

$45-$47/hour

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float/Transition Team, providing high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ.

As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping clients successfully transition to care in the home setting. You'll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care while supporting a variety of complex clinical needs and collaborating with families and the care team to promote safe, effective, and comfortable home-based care.

Qualified candidates must have prior experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Qualifications for Transition Registered Nurses:

• Have a current license as a Registered Nurse
• NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County

Pay: $45 to $47 per hour
