Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Burlington County, NJ is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float/Transition Team, providing high-quality home care to adult and pediatric clients.

You will support transitions to home care, deliver skilled nursing for complex needs, collaborate with families and the care team, and travel throughout Burlington County as needed. Prior tracheostomy and ventilator care experience is required.

Qualifications

• Have a current license as a Registered Nurse
• NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ
• Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care while supporting complex clinical needs
• Collaborate with families and the care team to promote safe, effective, and comfortable home-based care
• Assist clients transitioning to home care and support ongoing care planning

$45–$47/hour

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float/Transition Team, providing high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ.

As a member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients successfully transition to care in the home setting. You’ll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care while supporting a variety of complex clinical needs and collaborating with families and the care team to promote safe, effective, and comfortable home-based care.

Qualified candidates must have prior experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Pay: $45 to $47 per hour
