Job summary

Meadow View Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team in a facility offering short-term and long-term care. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and leadership development within a supportive environment.

You will oversee nursing staff, administer medications, perform assessments, and coordinate admissions and discharges to ensure excellent resident outcomes. Join a dedicated care team focused on quality and compassion.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Graduate Nurse (GN).
• BLS Certification (AHA).
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff while ensuring excellent resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning.
• Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing staff.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and high care standards.
