Chestnut Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA, is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team in long-term and short-term care settings. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, coordinating staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance on-site.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with strong leadership and communication skills, an active PA RN license (GN accepted), and a commitment to improving patient outcomes and experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Graduate Nurse (GN).
• BLS Certification (AHA).
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff while ensuring excellent resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning.
• Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing staff.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and high care standards.
