As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee the evening shift and ensure high-quality clinical care and staff support. You will play a vital role in maintaining safety, compliance, and a positive work environment while providing hands‑on nursing care when needed.
Lead, supervise, and mentor evening‑shift nursing staff
Promote teamwork and a positive workplace culture
Provide direct patient care and clinical decision‑making
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changing needs
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (Required)
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and critical‑thinking skills
