Job summary

mbhealthcare in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) to oversee clinical operations in a long-term care setting. You will lead care planning, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a current RN license and CPR/BLS certification, with prior nursing and management experience in long-term care. You will collaborate with physicians, assist in admissions and discharges, and contribute to staffing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading LPNs and CNAs in clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Directing, initiating and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care.
• Performing resident/patient assessments.
• Assisting Physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Preparing equipment, applying/changing dressings, and monitoring patients.
• Checking residents/patients’ vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records
• Overseeing clinical operations, the RN Supervisor also handles various administrative tasks
• Administering prescribed medications and injections.
• Acting as a leader in providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
• Assisting in the admissions and discharge process
• The RN Supervisor role encompasses not only clinical responsibilities but also administrative duties
