The role you’ll contribute:
The Nurse Residency Clinical Educator has responsibilities for the Nurse Residency Program within the West Florida Division. The Nurse Residency Clinical Educator will oversee and manage including but not limited to, the Transition Nurse Programs, and International Nurse Program. The position’s focus is on the daily requirements of these programs including management of accreditation requirement compliance, supporting program recruitment and retention, management of resident needs including preceptor selection and orientation schedules, seminar and training facilitation, and any unit/departmental recognition and celebration activities. This position is responsible for supporting new associates during recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and rounding with nurses and leaders while in the designated timeframe of all programs.
