The role you’ll contribute:
The Nurse Residency Clinical Educator oversees the Nurse Residency Program within the West Florida Division, including the Transition Nurse Programs and International Nurse Program. Responsibilities include managing accreditation compliance, supporting recruitment and retention, managing resident needs, facilitating seminars and training, and coordinating recognition activities. The role involves supporting new associates during recruitment, onboarding, and rounding with nurses and leaders within designated timeframes.
