Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring a licensed RN to work in Cobb County, GA, supporting students with chronic conditions and providing essential nursing care in a school setting. This in-person role starts ASAP with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Competitive pay starting at $42 per hour, plus benefits and PTO. Per diem availability may be offered, with scheduling aligned to school District needs. Georgia license and CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Manage care of students with chronic conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents about health status and follow-up care.
• Assist students for extended periods of standing/walking and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Overview:

• In-person
• Geographic location: Cobb County, GA
• Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30, varies depending on assignment
• Compensation: Starting at $42, depending on school nurse experience
• Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)

Qualifications:

• GA State RN license
• 1 year of nursing Experience Minimum
• CPR/BLS certification
• Current negative TB result
