Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a licensed LPN or RN to serve students in Washington. The role mirrors school hours, Monday to Friday, 8am–3pm, with competitive hourly pay and full benefits. New graduates are welcome.

You'll coordinate with families, teachers, and healthcare providers to manage chronic conditions, maintain immunization records, and respond to emergencies. On-site work with strong administrative support and opportunities for credential advancement.

Qualifications

• WA state nursing license or WA compact nursing license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Current negative TB result.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Communicate with parents regarding their child’s health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)

Overview

• In-person
• Schedule : M-F 8am-3pm (school hours)
• Compensation:
• LVN - $34-38/hr
• RN - $40-45/hr
