Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Float/Transition Team in Burlington County, NJ. You will provide skilled nursing care and coordinate complex clinical needs to help clients transition safely to home-based care.

Qualified candidates must have a current RN license and experience with trach/vent care; CPR certification is required. We offer full-time or part-time schedules with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience with NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent is required.
• Maintain CPR certification.
• Ability to teach BAYADA care team members.
• Willingness to travel across Burlington County.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float/Transition Team, providing high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ.

As a member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients successfully transition to care in the home setting. You’ll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care while supporting a variety of complex clinical needs and collaborating with families and the care team to promote safe, effective, and comfortable home-based care.

Qualified candidates must have prior experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Qualifications for Transition Registered Nurses:

• Have a current license as a Registered Nurse
• NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County
