Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking LPNs for pediatric home health in Burlington County, NJ. The role supports infants to age 21 with complex care needs and requires pediatric trach/vent experience, including NICU/PICU exposure.

As part of BAYADA’s Transition Team, you will receive training, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for full- or part-time scheduling, with daytime and overnight options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license.
• NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required.
• CPR certification required.
• Willingness to travel throughout Burlington County.
• Ability to teach and educate BAYADA care team.
• Availability for 1 shift per week is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality in-home pediatric care as part of the float team.
• Provide extensive training to the ongoing BAYADA care team.
• Support clients from infant to 21 years with complex home care needs.

We have immediate opportunities for LPNs interested in helping infants and children receive complex care at home in Burlington County, NJ. This position does require pediatric trach and vent experience (including clients from infant to 21 years old). As part of the float team, you will will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team.

Qualifications for Transition Licensed Practical Nurses:

• Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County

Pay: $29 to 45 per hour
