Position Details:

• Schedule: Part Time, Days, 24 hours/week

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions, and serving as a coordinator for multidisciplinary care.
• Carrying out physician and nursing orders.
• Assessing and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire, from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Registered Nurse credential from the Michigan Board of Nursing before employment start date.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure at the time of hire.
