Job summary

Mercy in Oklahoma City South is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time 40-hour week. You will provide patient care using the nursing process and collaborate across departments to support optimal outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, nursing degree (ASN/Diploma/BSN), and 1 year of experience preferred. BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire is required. Shift is 4x10s (7:30a–6p) with comprehensive Mercy benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure where duties are performed.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

• Certifications:Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis

• Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift

• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
