Compensation: Pay Range: $63,356.80 - $90,750.40 / year. To direct and implement the daily functions for assigned outpatient clinical areas. To provide and manage quality patient care and service to providers. To perform RN-specific duties for specific patient populations. To utilize critical thinking in care evaluation, patient teaching, and triage. To maintain professionalism and rapport with all internal and external customers. Under leadership, to support clinic functions, adhere to applicable laws, and meet accreditation standards.
Associate's degree in Nursing and two years of related experience required. Work experience may not substitute for education. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an RN by the Alabama Board of Nursing. Current CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days. ACLS certification preferred.
