Compensation: Pay Range: $63,356.80 - $90,750.40 / year. Job Description: To direct and implement daily functions in outpatient clinical areas, ensuring quality patient care and service. Responsibilities include executing RN duties for specific patient populations, utilizing critical thinking for care evaluation, patient teaching, and triage. Maintain professionalism with all stakeholders, support clinic functions under leadership guidance, adhere to applicable laws, and meet accreditation standards set by UAB Medicine.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing and two (2) years of related experience required. Education cannot be substituted by work experience. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing. Current CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment. ACLS certification is preferred.
