Compensation: Pay Range: $63,356.80 - $90,750.40 / year. Job Description: To oversee and implement daily functions in assigned outpatient clinical areas. To provide and manage quality patient care and service to providers. To execute RN-specific duties for designated patient populations. To utilize critical thinking in care evaluation, patient teaching, and triage. To maintain professionalism and rapport with all internal and external customers. Under leadership guidance, to support clinic functions, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and monitor standards to meet accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications: Associate's degree in Nursing and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience cannot substitute for education. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an RN by the Alabama Board of Nursing. Current CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment. ACLS certification preferred.
