Job summary

Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Cahaba River is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The RN will deliver patient-centered care and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents' medical and personal needs.

Shifts are 7pm–7am with a $15,000 sign-on bonus. A valid RN license and current BLS/CPR are required; ACLS is a plus. Competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus.
• Strong clinical skills in geriatric and rehabilitation care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
