Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its integrated behavioral healthcare team across Arizona.

The RN provides direct nursing care to assigned patients, follows medical orders, and collaborates with physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate treatment. Ideal candidates hold an ADN (BSN preferred), have 1–3 years of health care experience in behavioral/medical crisis settings, and are licensed or license-eligible in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years healthcare experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
• Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Carry out orders from medical practitioners and communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to supervisor and attending medical practitioner.
• Delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsiblefor all nursing care provided to their assigned patients.
