Job summary
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its integrated behavioral health care team in Phoenix.
The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, follows medical orders, communicates barriers promptly, and supports the care team in crisis settings. You will supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate, collaborate with physicians, and contribute to a patient-centered care model across multiple programs.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is preferred.
- 1-3 years Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
- Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing license, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90 days.
Responsibilities
- The RN works as part of a multidisciplinary team and provides all nursing care for assigned patients.
- Follows orders from the medical practitioner and communicates barriers to service to the manager and attending practitioner.
- Delivers supervision and delegation of tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.

CBI is the premiere non‑profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting‑edge, nationally recognized, evidence‑based models.
The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her manager and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.
- Required: Associate's Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- 1-3 years of Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred
