Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients and follows physician orders, coordinating with supervisors and medical practitioners as needed.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in nursing, state RN license in Arizona, and a clean driving record; we offer shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts along with generous benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure (current and in good standing)
• Current AZ Driver’s License (required for Pool RN)
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Carry out physician orders and communicate barriers to supervising practitioner.
• Delegate and supervise tasks to LPNs and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Contribute to shift differentials by ensuring high-quality care during evenings and weekends.

CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.

Skills/Requirements

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’sDegree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Health Care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
• Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure (current and in good standing without restrictions)
• Valid identification required.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) (required for Pool RN).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN).
