Job summary

BayCare Health System in Tampa, FL seeks a Registered Nurse for the Neuro PCU at St. Joseph’s Hospital. The RN will provide bedside care for neuro medical and surgical patients, participate in a patient-centered team, and support stroke unit goals.

Qualifications include active RN license, BLS, ACLS if required, and an Associate degree or Nursing Diploma; BSN preferred. Shift: Nights, Full Time; occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS as required by department.
• Nurse specialty certification preferred.

The RN responsibilities include:

Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
• RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
• ACLS Certification, if required by department
• Nurse Specialty certification is preferred

Education:

• Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
• Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience:

• 6 months of RN experience is required.
