BayCare Health System is seeking an RN - Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Surgical unit at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, FL. This PCU unit cares for post-surgical open-heart patients who are stable after CVICU stays. The role emphasizes independent patient care using the nursing process and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required.
• RN (Registered Nurse) license is required.
• ACLS, NIHSS, and PCCN Certification is preferred.

Position Description:

BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Cardiac Surgical team at St. Joseph's Hospital. As part of the community since 1934, St. Joseph's Hospital has been a partner for continued health and wellness. The Cardiac Surgical unit is a PCU unit that receives post-surgical open-heart patients once they are stable from their CVICU stay.

The RN Responsibilities Include

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
