The RN Nurse Manager will work in a168 bed skilled nursing and rehab center to provide supervision of the day-to-day nursing activities on our memory care unit. The RN Nurse Manager will be responsible to develop and maintain the nursing-service objectives, standards of nursing practice, policy and procedures, and coordinate nursing services with other resident service offerings. The RN Nurse Manager will also ensure adequate nurse staffing and delegate assigned duties and responsibilities.
