Texas Health Resources in Flower Mound, TX is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 12-bed ICU/IMC unit. This full-time night shift covers 36 hours weekly with weekend and holiday requirements, in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You will address basic human needs, respect patient dignity, engage families, and promote safe, high-quality care. The team offers strong support, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a clinical nurse required.
• Critical care experience preferred but not required.
• RN upon hire required; BCLS/ACLS training required within 90 days.

Here’s What You Need

• Diploma in Nursing required or
• Associate’s degree in nursing required
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• 1 year experience as a clinical nurse required
• Critical Care experience preferred but not required
• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required And CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 90 Days Require
