Texas Health Resources Flower Mound ICU is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a dynamic, growing critical care unit. You’ll join a supportive team, manage diverse medical and surgical patients, and participate in care that emphasizes safety, collaboration and patient-centered outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, 1 year of clinical nursing experience, and BCLS/ACLS/CPI training within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a clinical nurse required.
• Critical Care experience preferred but not required.
• RN - Registered Nurse credential required.
• BCLS, ACLS and CPI training within 90 days of hire.

Here’s What You Need

• Diploma in Nursing required or
• Associate’s degree in nursing required
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• 1 year experience as a clinical nurse required

• Upon Hire Required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required And CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 90 Days Require
