Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in the Indianapolis area to join a compassionate interdisciplinary team. You will provide individualized nursing care, develop and execute care plans with patients and families, and support them through life’s delicate moments.

You’ll perform comprehensive assessments, educate patients and caregivers, coordinate across disciplines, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care decisions

Schedule

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm + on call rotation

Coverage Area:

Flexible coverage areas available -- North/North east (Noblesville/Carmel/Indy) and Westside (Mooresville, Avon, Brownsburg)

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance
