Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in the Bucks County area. This full-time role offers a salary of $90,000-$95,000 based on experience, with a Mon-Fri 8am-5pm schedule and coverage across Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.

You will work at the center of an interdisciplinary care team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, and collaborating with physicians, families, and teammates while maintaining autonomy within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
