Job summary

AccentCare is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in the Miami area to join an interdisciplinary care team. You will provide compassionate nursing care at the highest level, coordinating plans with families, physicians, and teammates while supporting patients in living with dignity.

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments across physical, emotional, social, and spiritual domains to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly reflecting patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
