AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team in Fall River, MA. The role focuses on delivering compassionate end‑of‑life care, supporting patients and families while practicing at the top of your license.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8 hours with a focus on comfort, dignity, and coordination with physicians and caregivers. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k), and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care decisions across physical, emotional, social, and spiritual domains.

• Ensure continuity and dignity of care through effective documentation and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
