AccentCare Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join an interdisciplinary team. This full-time role offers Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with on-call rotation and a compensation range of $85,000 to $95,000 yearly.

You will deliver compassionate hospice care at the center of patient-focused planning. You will collaborate with families, physicians, and team members, perform comprehensive assessments, and educate caregivers to ensure comfort, dignity, and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance.

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the inter-disciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments-physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions.
