Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to join the team on a PRN basis. You will provide patient-centered hospice care, create care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while supporting families and caregivers across the territory.

Travel is required throughout the territory, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice.
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care.
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence.
• Must be a licensed driver with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management and educate families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.

As a Hospice Registered Nurse You will:

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients

• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions

• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch
