Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Hutchinson, KS seeks an experienced RN to manage patient care across a caseload and supervise LPN visits. You will schedule your own itineraries, perform varied visits, educate patients on conditions such as CHF, COPD, diabetes, and wound care, and collaborate with physicians to write diagnosis‑driven care plans.

Qualifikationen

• Active Kansas or Compact RN License required.
• Home health experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Missouri Driver's License required.
• Compassionate communicator with patients, families, and physicians.
