Adoration Health in Richmond, VA is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 patient care in the home setting. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

The role offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for professional growth. A valid RN license in Virginia and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice with no restrictions.
• 1 year nursing practice in patient care; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Current CPR certification.
• New grads may be considered in select markets.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligning with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch.

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
