Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our Brunswick, GA team. This role provides 1:1 patient care, supports families, and works within an independent yet collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include creating care plans, administering medications, and ensuring documentation is thorough. Qualifications include an RN license, 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree with current unrestricted license in state of practice
• One year nursing practice; home health/geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver's license and car insurance per Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required ; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
