Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our Florence, SC team. This full-time day position offers 1:1 patient care, on-call rotation, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with active state license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing practice; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance per policy.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients' family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

Education

Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor)

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
